Hugo took over as Captain. That season, the MISN team played very well and reached the final quite easily.
Once again the opponent was Mondeo. It was a very tight game and regular time ended 1-1. Taras scored a brilliant goal for MISN. It stayed 1-1 in overtime, even though both Hugo and Taras hit the post.
MISN eventually won its first indoor championship in the penalty shoot-outs.
This would lay the foundation for MISN utter dominance of the Indoor Championships.
So, MISN finally vanquished Mondeo. This
would signal the end of the Mondeo era.
But along with the rise of MISN, there was another team that
was starting to challenge for the honors, namely the 'vile' Goodfellas;
A team that would turn out to be our next main victim.
